    General Information

    Registration and pricing policies: 

    Your online registration will be confirmed by email when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at influencegreatness@octanner.com. Your conference seat is not reserved until you register via the conference website. 

    The Influence Greatness 2025 standard registration fee is $1,695. Note that early-bird pricing of $1,195 per attendee is available until 11:59 PM MT on June 13. 

    Your full conference pass includes: 

    • All mainstage and breakout sessions 

    • All conference evening activities and events 

    • All conference meals and cocktail events 

    • Ground transportation (set hours)

    Health and Safety Policies: 

    Our policies for this event are based on guidance and knowledge from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Salt Lake County Health Department (SLCoHD), and the State of Utah. 

    Employees are asked to stay home if they are feeling ill, displaying signs of respiratory illness, or have a fever. Guests are encouraged to wash their hands or use sanitizer frequently.

    Refund Policy: 

    We will offer a 100% refund on your registration fees up until Friday, August 22. After that date, we will offer a 50% refund. 

    This policy applies to registration fees for Influence Greatness 2025 only and does not apply to any other reservations made related to this event such as hotel accommodations, flights, transportation not provided by the conference, meeting room requests, and/or team meetings. In order to cancel, you must email us at influencegreatness@octanner.com.

    Who should attend Influence Greatness 2025? 

    Influence Greatness is designed for enterprise HR leaders and other executives responsible for enhancing company culture, employee recognition, and employee engagement efforts at their organizations. 

    When and where will the conference be held? 

    Influence Greatness will be held September 9-11, 2025 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah, which is about a 12-minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. 

    What is the cost to attend IG25 in-person? 

    The Influence Greatness 2025 standard registration fee is $1,695 per attendee. Note that early bird pricing of $1,195 per attendee is available until 11:59 PM MT on June 13. 

    Is my registration transferable?

    Registrations can be transferable, contact us at Influencegreatness@octanner.com for details. If you cannot attend, you must cancel your registration online or by emailing us at the link above.

    How do I register for conference workshops?

    Workshops this year will be built into the general Agenda. You will need to save your seat once session registration becomes available.

    When can I register for conference sessions?

    Session registration begins August 12. Registered attendees will receive an email reminder. We ask that you register for your sessions from the Agenda page or mobile app ahead of the conference. 

    Once you register for IG25 and verify your account, click the Agenda tab. From the Agenda page, you can save a seat for the sessions you’d like to attend by clicking the Seat icon (below the Star icon). Once you have selected all your sessions, you can view your full curated agenda in “My Registered Sessions.” 

    When should I arrive? 

    If you plan to attend the O.C. Tanner Facility Tour on Tuesday from 12 PM to 2 PM, you should plan to arrive at your hotel no later than Tuesday at 11 AM (no additional fees apply for this activity). Lunch will be provided.

    If you are not taking part in the O.C. Tanner Tour, you should plan to arrive at your hotel no later than Tuesday at 2:30 PM. Cocktail hour begins at 3:30 PM and you can pick up your badge anytime prior to the opening keynote at 5 PM. 

    What is the closest airport? 

    The Salt Lake City International Airport is the closest—only about a 12-minute drive to The Grand America Hotel. 

    How do I get from the airport to my hotel? 

    Shuttle Information:

    An airport shuttle will be provided from Salt Lake City International Airport to your hotel in Salt Lake City by Snow Country Limousine. Transportation will be provided from September 8–12. Any travel booked before or after those dates will need to be reserved separately.

    Upon entering the baggage claim area, you will be greeted by Snow Country Limousine transportation coordinators. Please look for a staff member holding a sign with the IG25 conference logo. The coordinators will provide instruction on your bag carousel and direct you downstairs to level 1 where additional coordinators will lead you to a shuttle. If you are unable to locate the Snow Country Limousine transportation coordinators, you can reach them at 435-714-0159. 

    Rental cars, taxis, Uber, or Trax are available to you if you choose to arrange your ground travel outside the provided transportation.

    When is conference check-in and badge pick up? 

    Influence Greatness conference check-in will begin Tuesday, September 9 from 10 AM–9 PM. and will reopen on Wednesday, September 10 at 7 AM. Team members will be available throughout the conference to address your questions and concerns. 

    Can I bring a guest? 

    Influence Greatness is packed with professional, thought-provoking insights, and networking experience throughout the event, day and night. We encourage you to attend with one or more members of your team as you continue to help your people thrive at work.

    What is the conference dress code and suggested attire? 

    We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed at IG25. We suggest packing a combination of relaxed and smart casual attire for your day to day, athletic shoes and comfortable wear for group activities, and semi-formal dress for our Breakthrough Awards celebration.

    How do I prepare for Salt Lake City?

    The Grand America Hotel is located at 4,200 ft. Traveling to higher altitudes can have physiological effects on your body due to the decrease in oxygen availability. It's important to take precautions to minimize the risk of altitude sickness and other health issues. Following are some high-altitude tips: 

    • Plan to drink extra water daily to remain hydrated. 

    • Take it easy for the first few days to allow your body to acclimate to the altitude. 

    • Avoid strenuous physical activity. 

    • Limit alcohol consumption. Altitude can have a significant impact on alcohol consumption. At high altitudes, the lower air pressure causes a decrease in the oxygen available to the body. This can lead to a decrease in the body's ability to metabolize alcohol, meaning that alcohol stays in the bloodstream for longer periods of time. As a result, the effects of alcohol can be felt more strongly, and it can take longer for the body to process the alcohol. 

    Are meals and beverages provided?

    Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided throughout the event, starting on Tuesday evening. In addition to meals, beverages and snacks will be available for attendees throughout the event.

    What is the weather like in Salt Lake City in September? 

    Salt Lake’s autumn days can range from dazzlingly clear and sunny in the mid-70s to blustery rain and cooler temperatures, with lows usually in the 50s. Please plan accordingly. 

    Do you offer hotel room blocks or discounts? 

    Yes. O.C. Tanner has made special arrangements with The Grand America Hotel to offer a special conference rate of $299/night, and with the Little America Hotel for $224/night (plus taxes and fees). Book early to secure your room(s) at these rates.

    Do you offer SHRM and HRCI credits? 

    Yes. SHRM/HRCI credits will be provided for those participating in the IG25 conference. Following the conference, reach out to Influencegreatness@octanner.com to claim your credits. 

    How do I register as an analyst or member of the press? 

    Send an email to raphael.magre@octanner.com with inquiries regarding attendance as an analyst or as a member of the press. 

    If I can’t attend in person, can I attend virtually? 

    If you can’t attend in person, make sure to register for the virtual conference (stay tuned for more information). You’ll have access to watch keynotes, plus on-demand content. 

    Will IG25 content be available after the event? 

    Yes. Conference keynotes and limited breakout sessions will be available for on-demand viewing for 30 days following the virtual event.
