Mountain dining at Log Haven
Spend an enchanted evening in the mountains in what Forbes ranks as one of America’s Most Scenic Restaurants. Relax and enjoy live folk music as you mingle with peers at the foot of a cascading waterfall. See dress tips below.
Plan your travel.
We'll handle the rest.
From the moment you arrive in Salt Lake City, we’ll take care of ground travel to your hotel, all meals, and access to all sessions and activities. Just book your flight and hotel ahead of time and we’ll take care of your travel details once you step off the plane.
Two of Salt Lake’s best: Grand America and Little America
Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided throughout the event, starting on Tuesday evening. In addition to meals, beverages and snacks will be available for attendees throughout the event. If you have dietary restrictions, please see our FAQ section.
Shuttle Information
An airport shuttle will be provided from Salt Lake City International Airport to your hotel in Salt Lake City by Snow Country Limousine. Transportation will be provided from September 8–12 during set hours. Any travel booked before or after those dates will need to be reserved separately.
Upon entering the baggage claim area, you will be greeted by Snow Country Limousine transportation coordinators. Please look for a staff member holding a sign with the IG25 conference logo. The coordinators will provide instruction on your bag carousel and direct you downstairs to level 1 where additional coordinators will lead you to a shuttle. If you are unable to locate the Snow Country Limousine transportation coordinators, you can reach them at 435-714-0159.
Rental cars, taxis, Uber, or Trax are available to you if you choose to arrange your ground travel outside the provided transportation.
Dress Tips
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed at IG25. We suggest packing a combination of relaxed and smart casual attire for your day-to-day, athletic shoes and comfortable wear for group activities.
For our Log Haven mountain dining activity, feel free to dress casually in anything from mountain chic to denim and flannel. For our Breakthrough Awards celebration, dress up and wear your best. But we’ll accept anything—from Met Gala to black tie to snazzy business attire.
